Idowu Durosinmi-Etti

Idowu holds an LLB from Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1995. He is the Director of Corporate Services and has over 20 years of legal experience in diverse areas of legal practice. His experience ranges from the incorporation and establishment of foreign companies, company law and practice, establishment and provision of logistics for foreign companies and expatriate employees, business advisory, immigration law and practice, banking and commercial law. He possesses vast experience in employment matters, regulatory compliance and the performance of due diligence in various sectors including oil and gas, telecommunications, and ports concessioning. He has also assisted clients with reviewing stag handbooks and drafting employment contracts. He has also given presentations to foreign clients on employment issues in Nigeria.
