Joy is a Chartered Accountant and a Management Consultant with over two decades of diverse experience from Parker Randall Offor (Chartered Accountants), First Atlantic Bank, Hallmark Bank and Nigeria German Chamber of Commerce where she served as CFO and acting Director General of the chamber.(NGCC).

She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). Joy has varied industry experience in all areas of Auditing, Accounting Services, Investigation, Compliance, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, Capacity Building, Business Development, Credit Administration, Banking and Value Creation. She is an advocate of business growth and sustainability and has been involved over the years in giving strategic direction to organizations.

She holds an MBA in Finance as well as a B.Sc. in Political Science. She has attended several workshops and seminars on Leadership, Audit, Accountancy, Tax management, Consultancy, International Volunteering etc.
