Temitope Adekemi Onitiri is a highly respected finance leader with over two decades of experience in audit, assurance, corporate governance, and sustainability. As Chair of the Advisory Board at Moore Bishop & Rooks, she provides strategic counsel to the leadership team, drawing on deep expertise to support the firm’s vision of delivering trusted, high-impact solutions to clients.

A former Partner at KPMG, Temitope has led complex, cross-border engagements for clients across sectors and growth stages, guiding them through regulatory compliance, performance transparency, and value-driven reporting. Her approach integrates both financial and non-financial metrics, particularly ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and the Triple Bottom Line, to help organisations achieve responsible growth and long-term resilience.

In her current role as Managing Partner of Candor Professionals, she advises boards and C-suite executives on embedding sustainability into core business strategy. Her leadership extends beyond the boardroom, she previously served as Head of Corporate Responsibility at KPMG, where she developed social impact initiatives that enhanced community engagement and strengthened cross-sector collaboration.

A serial entrepreneur with investments spanning real estate, retail, and education, Temitope brings a practical, business-builder mindset to every role she undertakes. She also leads a non-profit, Professional Lending A Hand (PLAH), focused on advancing inclusion, financial empowerment, healthcare access, and education.

She holds an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Diploma from the Advanced Management Program at Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University), and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Lagos.
